Monthly rental range of:
· One-bedroom from $1,800 - $1,850
· Two-bedroom from $2,150 - $2,200
The residential property is designated for Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities.
The tenant agrees that all tenants and occupants must be 19 years or older, with at least one tenant aged 55 years or older or disabled.
Eligibility
You may be eligible for Affordable Market Rental Housing if you meet the following requirements:
Resident of British Columbia
Ability to pay affordable market rent without subsidy
Annual income below maximum income limit (based on unit size). For 2024, income limits are:
1 bedroom: Annual income must be below $84,780
2 bedrooms: Annual income must be below $134,140
Assets below $300,000
Be age 55 years or older and/or a person with disabilities who can live independently and is in receipt of a recognized disability pension or is considered disabled for income tax purposes.
How to Apply for Market Housing at KinVillage
The application form is fillable on your computer or device.
You have two ways to submit your completed form:
Option 1: Submit Automatically
Fill out the form on your device.
When you’re finished, click the “SUBMIT” button at the end of the form.
The form will be sent directly to our Housing Office by email.
Option 2: Download and Email
Download the form and save it to your computer.
Fill it out at your convenience.
Attach the completed form to an email and send it to: housing@kinvillage.org
